Data Collection and Cleaning:

•     Handle missing data, outliers, and noise to prepare data for analysis.

Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA):

•     Conduct EDA to understand the dataset's characteristics, patterns, and anomalies.
•     Visualize data using charts, graphs, and other data visualization techniques.

Statistical Analysis:

•     Apply statistical methods to identify correlations, relationships, and trends within the data.
•     Conduct hypothesis testing to validate assumptions and draw meaningful conclusions.

Machine Learning:

•     Develop and train predictive and classification models using machine learning algorithms.
•     Evaluate model performance and finetune models for accuracy and efficiency.

Feature Engineering:

•     Select and engineer relevant features to improve model performance.
•     Use domain knowledge to create meaningful input variables.

Data Interpretation and Reporting:

•     Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for nontechnical stakeholders.
•     Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations.

Collaboration:

•     Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including engineers, business analysts, and domain experts.
•     Communicate effectively to understand business needs and provide datadriven solutions.

Ethical Considerations:

•     Ensure data privacy and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
•     Uphold ethical standards in data collection and analysis.
