HR Manager

Recruitment and Staffing:

  •     Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  •     Develop and maintain effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  •     Oversee onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.

Employee Relations:

  •     Mediate and resolve employee conflicts and issues.
  •     Implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
  •     Handle disciplinary actions, terminations, and exit interviews when necessary.

Performance Management:

  •     Develop and manage performance appraisal processes.
  •     Provide guidance to supervisors and managers on performance improvement plans.
  •     Ensure performance evaluations are conducted fairly and consistently.

HR Policies and Compliance:

  •     Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  •     Stay current with labor laws and regulations and ensure company compliance.
  •     Conduct periodic audits to ensure HR records are accurate and uptodate.

Benefits Administration:

  •     Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  •     Handle benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.

Training and Development:

  •     Identify training needs within the organization.
  •     Coordinate and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and development.
  •     Promote a culture of continuous learning.

HR Data Management:

  •     Maintain HR records and databases.
  •     Generate HR reports and analyze HR metrics to make data driven decisions.

Compensation and Payroll:

  •     Manage compensation and salary administration.
  •     Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

Legal Compliance:

  •     Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  •     Handle workers' compensation and unemployment claims.

Strategic Planning:

  •      Contribute to the development of HR strategies and longterm plans aligned with the organization's goals.
  •      Participate in organizational development and change management initiatives.
