Customer Service Associate

Customer Assistance:

•     Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via various channels, including phone, email, chat, or in person.
•     Assist customers with product or service related questions, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.

Information and Guidance:

•     Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and company policies.
•     Offer recommendations and guidance to customers to help them make informed decisions.

Order Processing:

•     Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds following established procedures.
•     Ensure accuracy in order details and delivery information.

Issue Resolution:

•     Investigate and resolve customer complaints, issues, or discrepancies in a timely manner.
•     Collaborate with other departments or team members to resolve complex problems.

Communication:

•     Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, keeping them informed about the status of their inquiries or requests.
•     Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.

Documentation:

•     Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.

Product Knowledge:

•     Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Cross Selling and Up Selling:

•     Identify opportunities to promote and cross sell additional products or services to customers.
