Factory Store Manager

Staff Management:

•     Recruit, hire, train, and schedule retail associates.
•     Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
•     Ensure a motivated and customer focused team.

Sales and Profitability:

•     Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
•     Monitor and analyze sales and financial reports to make data driven decisions.
•     Control expenses to maintain store profitability.

Inventory Management:

•     Maintain accurate inventory levels by conducting regular stock checks.
•     Place orders with the factory to replenish stock as needed.
•     Manage inventory turnover and reduce shrinkage.

Customer Service:

•     Create a welcoming and customer friendly store environment.
•     Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
•     Train staff to provide exceptional customer service.

Visual Merchandising:

•     Ensure products are displayed attractively and are well organized.
•     Implement visual merchandising guidelines and promotional displays.

Store Operations:

•     Oversee day to day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
•     Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
•     Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Loss Prevention:

•     Implement security measures to prevent theft and fraud.
•     Conduct inventory audits and investigate discrepancies.
